Finally some activity

Amiga 1200

It has been a very long time since I last updated this website, and it has finally received a well-deserved facelift. I do apologise for the lack of activity. Over the last few months, I have been busy running WhatIFF?, creating music for the magazine, and mostly using the Amiga for it. As such, there is a new Amiga-made album that will be exclusive to this site. Otherwise, I have not had much time to work on other tracks, though I want to get back into oldskool breakbeat hardcore, as that is my true love. Hopefully I will have some new tunes in the coming months.

Chaotic Dichotomy Released

Chaotic Dichotomy Album Art

On the 1st of June my latest album was released. It is called Chaotic Dichotomy. With this project, I wanted to go back to my roots of rave music and raving it up back in the 90s.

I was surprised to receive an e-mail from the label manager telling me that the album has gone to the number one spot in the Juno downloads album section for breakbeats! Thank you to everyone who has been purchasing the album; it means a lot.

Revisiting Old Books: The Belgariad

The Belgariad Book Cover

If you grew up in the 80s, there is a good chance you read the Belgariad. Recently, I wondered if it might be time to read it again. How would it read now that I am close to my 50s?

I need not have worried. The Belgariad is like putting on an old pair of shoes; the pages and time just flew by. It may not be Game of Thrones, but the characters are immensely enjoyable and stay with you long after you've finished.

New SoundCloud Freebies

Ripley and Lonely Night Cover Art

I have two new tracks for free download on SoundCloud: Lonely Night and Ripley.

Lonely Night is a classic piano-styled hardcore breaks tune, while Ripley is a darker track using samples from the Alien film to construct a feeling of isolation. Please check out the links below!
